About the Company - For company certified as Top Employer for 2024 and leader in the production of high-performance adhesive tapes for the electromechanical, automotive, and home appliance markets, is seeking a candidate to fill the role of: CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
About the Role - The candidate, reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, will provide outstanding customer service and be responsible for customer loyalty through the proactive and efficient management of relationships and requests. In addition, the role will support the commercial team by managing internal sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Sales order management: Entering orders into the ERP system, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Quotations & pricing: Preparing and sending quotations in coordination with sales representatives, product management and negotiating within defined parameters.
- Customer relationship management: Proactively engaging with customers via email and phone, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Handling complaints: Managing claims within the CRM system and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Commercial support: Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional coordination: Working daily with logistics, planning, production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Meetings & training: Participating in internal and external meetings, staying up to date with product training, and contributing to sales strategies.
Qualifications - Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, or Commercial Support, preferably in an international and industrial environment (2 years minimum).
Required Skills
- Strong customer-oriented approach with a proactive sales mindset.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent Excel skills for managing sales and customer data.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multiple departments.
