The Electric Motors division, CEBI Motors Spa, is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer who will work with other engineers and technical colleagues in a team environment to manage key customer accounts for Quality. The Engineer will lead and solve problems with products for key customers. It is an opportunity for an engineer with strong technical and communication skills to impact customer satisfaction.Your job specification:Manage customer claims through company tools (root cause analysis, problem solving, 8D report). Manage the customer’s relationship.Conduct regular warranty reviews and ensure corrective and preventive actions for any warranty concerns.Facilitate the execution of corrective action definition/implementation, error prevention, continuous improvement, and problem solving.Support internal PPAP-related activities and documents.Your job profile:Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (engineering).At least 1-2 years of working experience in structured companies (Quality, Technical assistance with customer interface, Process Engineering area).Precision, accuracy, problem-solving approach, and good interpersonal relationship skills.It is considered a plus:Working experience in the automotive supply chain.Knowledge of Quality system IATF16949, auditing experience, and certification.Knowledge of AIAG standards with a focus on process control (Statistical Process Control, Process FMEA, Measurement System Analysis).Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality Assurance and EngineeringIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, and Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
