Description
For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Customer Quality Manager who will focus on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for our products.
Our product portfolio is various and includes CT (current measurement transformers), VT (voltage measurement transformers), Compass, and PASS (hybrid multifunctional modules, gas insulated but with air output via bushings). In the multifunctional modules, different functions are included; CB (circuit breaker), DS (disconnector), and control and measurement of currents and voltages.
GIS are also produced in our factory, which are multifunctional modules completely insulated in gas. The range of our product is from 72 kV to 800 kV.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will be responsible for the customer quality team, the development of daily customer support activities, and other corporate functions for customer complaints cases.
You will be responsible for the team's efficiency and continuous improvements, including analysis methods and reporting methodology.
You will coordinate activities to resolve internal and external customer complaints with the support of a multifunctional team.
You will drive the customer quality progress, early warning, and escalate key issues to the management level supporting quality cost forecasting/tracking/management post delivery.
You will propose improvement projects based on quality issues to reduce warranty costs.
You will systematically summarize/analyze customer complaints, collaborate with the service team to resolve the issues, and improve the entire process.
You will lead and plan the skills and development of our team members.
You will be responsible for the failure analysis and warranty expenses with the goal to identify improvement projects.

Your background:
Master’s degree and above in Electrical, Mechanical, or other related areas.
5+ years of working experience.
Structured thinking, collaboration, and result-oriented.
Strong leadership and people management experience; able to handle high work pressure and multitask.
Excellent ability to relate to customers.
Familiarity with high voltage products; L6S green belt or above is preferred.
Fluent in English and Italian communication.
