Objectives of the Role:
According to the company's strategy, She/He contributes to manage the relationship with customers and supports Sales Area managers Organization.
She/He will report to the Customer Service Coordinator.
Duties:
Supports customers, acting as a strategic partner.
Provides order and data entry.
Works in a team with production planning, supply chain, and quality departments to properly schedule and ensure timely service.
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree, with foreign languages as a plus.
Fluent in English and French, and at least one other language (Spanish or Dutch).
Excellent knowledge of Office package; SAP is a plus.
Problem solving, proactivity, and teamwork.
Strongly customer-oriented.
Good planning and organizational skills.
