We're currently looking for an excited and talented Customer Service Supervisor to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
Manage and mentor the team members to achieve the company results and targets
Create plans, forecasts and schedules aligned with customer requirements and demand
Monitor variances as customer demand increases/decreases both on short and long term aligning accordingly with Plant Production Planning to optimize the cost and output
Monitor data input to any Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system or IT system for accuracy and resolve any issues as required
Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
Track Inventory trends
Manage and follow up on Customer OTD Service Level introducing corrective and improvement actions when needed
Work with Material Planning staff to resolve issues, update material schedules and ensure supporting MRP systems reflect forecast and demand for products
Manage critical issues with customers if needed involving TIER1/TIER2 supplier partners
Customer Service Supervisor manages and coordinates the team members and the related activities to ensure high customer service level and satisfaction. He or she interfaces directly with end customers, participates in escalations involving other departments based on needs. The person works closely with the production team to coordinate and prioritize the production planning tasks transmitting customers' demand.

Education: Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Degree
Relevant industry experience either in supply chain or logistics ideally in the automotive or manufacturing environment
Good knowledge and understanding of a variety of manufacturing and automotive processes and components and deep understanding of supply chain management
Proven IT knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills;
Strong SAP knowledge (possibly MM/SD or WH modules) is highly requested
Knowledge and experience of using ERP/MRP/MPS System
Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
Ability to undertake complex analysis to create information and to interpret data and trends
Numerate with financial awareness and a full understanding of how failure impacts the production and customer order fulfillment
Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
Results oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
