Job Opportunity: Cyber-security Specialist in Wind Energy SectorAre you experienced in Cyber-security and interested in joining an international company in the wind energy sector?MED SCADA Cyber Security Sales Solutions, within the MED Power Plant Solutions Department, is responsible for value engineering, contractual risk management, and product management of SCADA Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants. These solutions are integral to the sales and service stages across the Mediterranean region, including South and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Our team provides advanced monitoring, control, data acquisition systems, and cyber security services for wind technology.We are offering positions in Madrid, Spain, and Taranto, Italy.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and interpret Cyber Security requirements related to wind power plants and communicate proactively with customers and regulatory authorities in the Mediterranean area.Contribute market requirements to RD for the development of Cyber Security products and services, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.Serve as the regional contact point for Cyber Security matters and represent the region in the Vestas Cyber Security Community.Ensure alignment with Cyber Security best practices within the Mediterranean region.Train teams and customers on new Cyber Security products and services.Participate in team selling approaches, building value for each project, and guiding customers on standards and specifications.Review customer tender specifications to manage technical risks effectively.Prepare technical contractual specifications during the bid process.Engage in technical meetings with customers and support operations with Cyber Security queries.QualificationsM.Sc./B.Sc. in Telecommunication, Information Security, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in cyber security roles, focusing on document review and compliance assessments.Familiarity with frameworks such as IEC62443, CISA CSF 2.0, ENISA NIS 2 Directive, ISO 27001.Knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, intrusion detection, malware detection, and identity/access management.CISSP or CISM certification is advantageous.Knowledge of ICT requirements in Wind Power Plants is a plus.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical skills for document analysis and compliance assessment.Effective communication and presentation skills.Confidence in engaging with external stakeholders, including customers and regulators.Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.Creative problem-solving skills and motivation to meet customer needs.Teamwork and collaboration in an international environment.Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in demanding settings.High ethical standards and accountability.Willingness to travel within the Mediterranean region to support customer needs.What We OfferCompetitive salary, 5% bonus, and meal vouchers.Medical and life insurance coverage.Opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.Additional InformationWe are seeking candidates based in Madrid, Spain, and Taranto, Italy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
