As a Cybersecurity Referent at SWX, you will be responsible for ensuring the new Centralized and Service Oriented End-to-End EE Architecture is secure by design. You will lead the definition of cybersecurity concepts and provide direction to engineering development teams to guide and enable Electrical & Electronic HW design, Functional Domains, new features development and SW interaction. This role will provide technical requirements for the development of the new platform that will cover almost 80% of the Stellantis 14 Brands portfolio. Along with the team you will work with, you will identify potential cybersecurity threats, define and develop cybersecurity concepts and requirements, and support other activities in accordance with the Stellantis and International regulations. The key deliverable is to launch a world leading hardware platform product that exceeds all current and future technology challenges in the drive to achieve truly software defined Vehicle.
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with a background in high content EE Architecture solutions able to deliver state-of-the-art EE platforms that will enable the Stellantis SW Strategy, optimize solutions, and allow Hardware evolution decoupled from Software with an Agile approach.
Own Cross-Systems cybersecurity requirements Strategies towards integration of different uC and HW platform-based solutions.
Define the technical controls and how they work for connected and on-board vehicle systems through concept/sourcing/design/implementation/validation.
Provide solution for managerial discussion and activities in accordance with the Stellantis Cybersecurity Engineering Process. Propose new solutions to internal needs in cooperation with all internal teams and to the Group Cybersecurity Expert Network, ensuring overall compliance. Provided solutions will allow a continuous overall improvement.
Develop outstanding strategic relationships with product peers and engineering, research, business, design, and functional domain teams to help define EE architecture considering cybersecurity requirements “by design”.
Contribute to technical review activities, by means of processes and topics of verification, driving both in house and supplier lead development to ensure that work products are compliant with Stellantis and International requirements.

10+ years of industry experience of related engineering experience.
Bachelor's in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
Long-term experience in defining and designing large complex embedded networked computer systems including definition of system topologies, components, and interfaces.
Record of accomplishment of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities.
Detailed knowledge about automotive regulations: Cyber Security regulations (UNECE R155) and standards (ISO/SAE 21434 Road vehicles — Cybersecurity engineering).
Understanding of various cybersecurity controls in how they provide confidentiality, integrity and authenticity/availability/auditability.
Broad experience or understanding of distributed systems, experience in RTOS, AutoSAR, or Linux based embedded systems.
Experience leading Cybersecurity Threat and Risk Assessment processes (TARA).
Good knowledge in Network Communication Design: CAN, CAN-FD and LIN and Ethernet.
Experience with off-board communication protocols: WiFi, 4G/5G, V2X connectivity.
Deep understanding of typical vehicle EE architectures and automotive development processes.
Management experience in ideating and creating intellectual property.
Strong systems thinker.
Fluency in English is required, any other European language is an advantage.
Master of Science Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in embedded cybersecurity.
15+ years of industry experience EE Architecture design or Electrical Engineering architecture roles.
Designed EE platforms or components for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Experience in coaching/instructing engineering resources, towards brand new topics, in favor of an integration-oriented view to avoid complexity and optimize processes application.
History of exploits, CVE publishing, publications.
CISSP or equivalent experience.
Experience conducting Cyber Security Penetration tests (component and vehicle level).
Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g. ISO26262:2018).
