They make the difference not only by what they do, but by how they do it. /ppstrongJob summary: /strong He/she will responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring within an advanced manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include implementing KPIs, managing standard costs, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and supporting decision-making through financial insights. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a complex, multinational environment. /ppWork Location: Cassola (VI) /ph3Main Responsibilities and Tasks /h3ulliSupport local country planning teams, providing guidelines and analytical support to achieve target service levels, stock optimization, and appropriate Days on Hand by product. /liliCollaborate with Planning teams to ensure full demand visibility at Regional level, enabling Supply Chain alignment and optimal service levels for internal and external customers. /liliPerform sales analysis and maintain continuous feedback with the Sales Director and Sales Teams to validate and shape sales forecasts and demand profiles. /liliTranslate sales forecasts into expected order volumes; monitor actual order intake and analyze variances versus plan. /liliMonitor customer portfolio performance, including order intake, turnover, and demand trends. /liliDrive and coordinate SLOB (Slow Moving Obsolete) actions in collaboration with Sales. /liliWork closely with the Customer Service team to support product availability, improve order fulfillment, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. /liliBudget/RF: manage a sales/purchase and stock budget with the relevant impact into local stock profile and spoke service level target; work with Finance and Planning accordingly. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEconomics, Technical or Logistics Supply chain degree /liliTeam player working within a small team but also able to work alone when required /liliSelf-motivated, flexible and willing to learn /lili5-10 years’ experience in regional planning /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and able to build positive working relationship /liliIndependent, pro-active, service-oriented /liliAble to self-organize. Independent in goals’ reaching /liliSkills and attitude in managing mass data and their analysis /liliKnowledge of Office SW (mainly Excel and Access) /liliGood reporting attitude /liliAvailable to work by objectives.
