pDesign Coordinators – Data Centre Projects /ppstrongLocation: /strong Milan, Italy /pp strongSector: /strong Data Centres (Mission Critical) /pp strongSalary: /strong Competitive + Package (Dependent on Experience) /pp strongEmployer: /strong International Main Contractor /ppbr/ppThe Opportunity /ppA leading international contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe is seeking strongDesign Coordinators /strong to join a major live scheme in Milan. /ppWe are recruiting for two key disciplines: /ppbr/pulliDesign Coordinator – MEP /liliDesign Coordinator – CSA /li /ulpbr/ppThese roles will support the Design Manager and project delivery team, ensuring design information is coordinated, technically robust and aligned with programme requirements on a fast-track mission-critical project. /ppbr/ppDesign Coordinator – MEP /ppSuitable for candidates with experience coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design packages on complex construction projects. /ppKey Experience: /pulliMechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, pipework) /liliElectrical systems (LV/MV, power distribution, switchgear) /liliBMS, ICT and specialist data centre systems preferred /liliCoordination between consultants, subcontractors and site teams /li /ulpResponsibilities: /pulliReview and coordinate MEP design information prior to construction /liliManage RFIs and technical queries /liliEnsure design is aligned with programme and procurement schedules /liliCoordinate clash detection and design workshops /liliLiaise between consultants, subcontractors and construction teams /liliMonitor design deliverables and ensure timely issuance /li /ulpbr/ppDesign Coordinator – CSA /ppSuitable for candidates with experience coordinating civil, structural and architectural design packages. /ppKey Experience: /pulliStructural design coordination (concrete, steel, superstructure) /liliExternal works and utilities /liliArchitectural detailing and finishes /liliExperience working alongside site and commercial teams /li /ulpResponsibilities: /pulliReview and coordinate CSA design documentation /liliSupport technical reviews and value engineering exercises /liliManage drawing revisions and design changes /liliCoordinate consultants and subcontractor design inputs /liliEnsure buildability and compliance with project specifications /liliAssist in resolving technical issues during construction /li /ulpRequirements /pulliExperience working on data centre or technically complex projects preferred /liliStrong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability /liliAbility to manage multiple design packages simultaneously /liliGood communication and coordination skills /liliEU working rights /li /ul
