You will be part of an innovative team and contribute to challenging projects for one of our clients across various industries, such as machinery, automation, or automotive. Your expertise in mechanical design and creative solutions will play a crucial role in developing efficient and reliable systems. /ppbr/ppemResponsibilities /em /pulliDesigning custom mechanical components, machines, and systems for automation and machinery projects. /liliMaintaining contact with the client to translate their requirements, specifications, and technical needs into an appropriate design. You will also provide technical advice and alternatives to meet their needs based on your expertise. /liliDeveloping concepts into detailed 3D models and production drawings. /liliEnsuring that the design complies with relevant industry standards and regulations, and being involved in quality control processes. /liliSelecting the appropriate materials and components for optimal performance. /liliTaking care of the technical documentation and reporting of your design from start to finish. /liliSupporting the testing, validation, and improvement of prototypes and existing systems to optimize your designs. /liliActively contributing to the improvement of design standards and work processes. /li /ulpbr/ppemWhat do you bring? /em /pulliCompleted Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, preferably in machinery or automation. /liliExperience with design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, and/or Siemens NX. /liliKnowledge of production methods and material selection. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work well in multidisciplinary teams. /liliStrong communication skills in English. /li /ulpbr/ppAre you excited after reading this vacancy? /ppI’d love to get in touch with you soon! /ppbr/pp*Be aware that this job is in the Netherlands! /p
