pstrongDesign HSE Engineer /strong /p pThe Design HSE engineer participate in all activities of the Design HSE engineering discipline in the scope of work for offers/projects/studies under the supervision of Design HSE Manager or Leader. /ppHe/She has the specific know-how for process safety design and risk analysis, with good and referenced knowledge of: /pulliSafety design (e.g. HSE legislation/standards/norms compliance, layout spacing, spill containment) /liliHazard analysis techniques (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA) /liliConsequence and risk analyses (QRA, FERA, BRA, ERA, ESSA) including the use of related software (TNO Effects, DNV Phast, etc.) /liliActive and Passive Fire protection (e.g. FG, fire fighting and fireproofing design, hazardous area classification) /liliHazardous Area Classification design /liliFire and Gas detection and alarming system /liliEnvironmental protection (e.g. BAT compliance, emission limits specification, noise study) /li /ul pAs a Design HSE Engineer, under the guidance of Design HSE Manager or Leader, you will be responsible for: /pulliEnsuring that design HSE requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle; /liliParticipating in design HSE reviews, audits, risk assessments, and studies; /liliPreparing and reviewing design HSE documentation, such as specifications, procedures, reports, manuals, etc.; /liliLiaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineering disciplines, contractors, vendors, authorities, etc., on design HSE issues; /liliIdentifying and implementing design HSE best practices and lessons learned; /liliParticipate to surveys or assistance in field for HSE engineering subjects; /liliTo keep him/herself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline. /li /ul pstrongemRELEVANT SKILLS /em /strong /ppGood knowledge of process safety / HSE engineering design including consequence and risk analysis, fire protection design, environmental protection. /ppLeadership, curiosity and open-mindedness. /ppSelf-management and problem solving attitude. /ppTeamwork and collaboration. /ppProfessionalism and work ethic. /p pstrongemKNOWLEDGE/certification required /em /strong /pulliEngineering graduation with focus on risk analysis / loss prevention design in particular for Oil Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. /liliGood experience in the most common risk analysis methodologies and use of relevant dedicated commercial software. /liliGood English level (professional). /li /ul
