We’re seeking a hands-on and digitally fluent Digital Marketing Content Assistant to support the Ports Group team. This role blends digital execution, content coordination, and campaign support — ideal for someone tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced fashion environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies and campaign content across Ports Group platforms.Support production for lookbooks, ad shoots, and social content — including coordination and light on-set assistance.Execute Instagram ad campaigns and support SEO initiatives; assist with updates and content on Shopify.Coordinate with PR and press contacts for brand features and media coverage.Prepare and schedule newsletters via Mailchimp; support content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.Edit or oversee edits of photos/videos (or handle light edits independently as needed); capture social content for quick-turn use.Compile reports on social media performance and develop proposal decks for new content ideas.Liaise with KOLs, vendors, and collaborators to ensure timely and aligned execution of digital assets.Conduct trend and industry research to support campaign direction and calendar planning.Qualifications:1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in fashion or agency environments.Proficient in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), PowerPoint; working knowledge of Shopify is essential.Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Sora, Kling AI) is a strong plus.Experience with Mailchimp or similar e-newsletter tools.Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English and Italian.Proactive, efficient, and immediately available.
