Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the digital and media planning, execution, KPI setting and resource allocation for campaigns, ensuring strategy align with overall project objectives while staying within budget.

2. Analyze performance data to ensure KPIs are met, providing insights and creating data-driven reports to communicate campaign outcomes to stakeholders.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and optimize media spend efficiency.

4. Collaborate closely with project manager, PR, creative, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution, drive advertising performance, and optimize overall campaign effectiveness.

5. Optimize campaign creatives, targeting, and strategies based on performance insights, while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer behavior to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ experience in digital/media or advertising industry (client or agency side).

2. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian, with strong communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.

3. In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels, with strong familiarity in programmatic and SEM.

4. Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, logical, and compelling presentations and reports.

5. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
