EFI is looking for a Digital Printing Forensic Engineer with Digital Printing experience to join our Demo Center in Bergamo, Italy. Responsibilities: · Under the supervision of our manager, you will be responsible for working directly with digital Textile Printing Heads on many different Printer platforms. · Printing on digital Textile machines, for showing them to the customers · Analyzing and recovering digital printing head failures. · Catalog malfunctions and compiling statistics, for improving heads’ behavior. · Producing Head Failure Reports. · Testing heads behavior with different inks and different machines. · Troubleshooting printing heads batch quality. · Analyze customer printing issues, simulating them in the Lab. · Managing textile digital printing machines and laboratory equipment. · Travel opportunities may be available, sometimes, for supporting customers. Job Requirements: · Positive Attitude and problem-solving approach. · An open-minded and customer-oriented approach. · Communication skills. · Time management and self-scheduling skills to accomplish tasks. · Able to record results clearly and report out. · Able to work individually and within a team environment. · Ability to keep a clean work area that is well organized. · Familiar with the Textile Printing industry and Ink Jet experienceis preferred. · Technical degree and 3 years field related experience is preferred. · Italian and English knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
