Job Title: Director of OperationsOverview:The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading field operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Organize and supervise field activities according to safety guidelines, including site inspections, visits, briefings, and work permit supervision.Evaluate and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations concerning worker safety and health.Manage emergencies involving service orders and work permits.Verify the legislative compliance of mining sites as required by current laws regarding workplace safety.Participate in training and information sessions for competence roles.Interface with relevant authorities on all matters related to workplace safety.Accompany safety inspection bodies during field visits.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or geology with professional certification.At least three years' experience in the role.Familiarity with hydrocarbon treatment principles and industrial plant maintenance.Knowledge of mining and safety regulations.Skills:Project Management and Project Control.Fluent written and spoken English (minimum level B2).Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team.Proactivity and problem-solving skills.Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
