Job Position The Director of Supermarket will be responsible for overseeing the management of our retail outlet, organizing activities, and scheduling personnel to achieve commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities Ensure HACCP compliance in the supermarket
Perform operational duties supporting store departments or cash desk as needed
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience as a supermarket manager, district manager, sales supervisor, receipts supervisor, or department manager within the Retail Sector (GDO)
Problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
Flexibility and a goal-oriented mindset
Additional Information We offer direct employment with the company and compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience. A performance bonus is also planned.
Work Arrangements Work location: Lastra a Signa
Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Saturday
