Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Marine Draftsman with at least 3 years of experience in basic yacht design, primarily focused on hull structure and/or outfitting.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve:
Designing naval structures
Drafting and sizing basic structural elements
Modeling and verifying the design
Requirements:
Knowledge of 2D naval design standards/conventions, welding, etc.
Experience in naval architecture
Proficiency in structural sizing for class/flag standards
Ability to independently produce classic structural documents for approval, such as the midship section, reinforcement plans, weight estimates, and complex structural drawings
Proficiency in 3D modeling
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
Strong teamworking skills
Excellent organizational skills
Contract Conditions:
This position applies the National Collective Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce and Services, with a provision for 14 monthly payments.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
