Director of Teaching and Learning leads campus teams in best instructional practice, PLC work, Curriculum alignment, data driven instruction and accountability; creates and delivers professional development; leads to narrowed achievement gaps and increased student achievement as measured by State accountability.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
• Doctorate degree preferred
• Minimum of three years’ teaching regular and special education students
• Three years successful Campus principal experience
• District Level administrative experience preferred
• K-12 instructional knowledge and experience
• Leadership experience, organizational skills, and communication abilities to effectively coach teachers, principals, and instructional teams
• Bilingual preferred
Salary Range: $80,748-$116,199 Benefits: $40,000 Life Insurance
