Job Description
Parco San Marco Hotels & Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Duty Manager for ARIA Retreat & SPA , our 5-star luxury adults-only retreat on Lake Lugano, member of The Leading Hotels Of The World.
In this guest-facing leadership role, you will ensure the highest level of service during key operational hours, all day round. The ideal candidate has strong front office and guest relations experience in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations across front office and guest services.
Personally assist VIP and returning guests, creating memorable experiences.
Resolve guest issues with diplomacy, discretion, and authority.
Support the front office team, ensuring exceptional arrival and departure standards.
Coordinate with F&B and Housekeeping to maintain seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
Professional presentation and high emotional intelligence.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
