Job Description

Parco San Marco Hotels & Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Duty Manager for ARIA Retreat & SPA, our 5-star luxury adults-only retreat on Lake Lugano, member of The Leading Hotels Of The World.

In this guest-facing leadership role, you will ensure the highest level of service during key operational hours, all day round. The ideal candidate has strong front office and guest relations experience in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations across front office and guest services.
• Personally assist VIP and returning guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Resolve guest issues with diplomacy, discretion, and authority.
• Support the front office team, ensuring exceptional arrival and departure standards.
• Coordinate with F&B and Housekeeping to maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Professional presentation and high emotional intelligence.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
