ABOUT THE ROLEThe role is based in Milan and will report to the E-commerce Specialist. As part of a growing team, you will gain comprehensive insight into the e-commerce business; with passion and a creative vision in mind, this role offers you the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to ongoing projects. ROLE DESCRIPTIONCustomer Care: you will act as the first point of contact for customers via email and WhatsApp, assiting with product inquiries, order placements, sizing guidance, and other client needs.Shipments: carefully package garments with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with shipping partners to address any issues or delays.Shooting: you will assist the team during the shootings and events organization.Website maintenance and updates: tallermarmo.com is in continuous evolution and you will be involved in it, supporting the management and suggesting enhancement to keep improving the user experience and boost sales.REQUIREMENTSStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication abilities.Proactive and collaborative mindset.Interest in the fashion industry (experience or knowledge is a plus).Fluency in English and Italian.
