Ready to ride with us?THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to join our growing e-commerce operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing the content on our website daily as well as launching new customer journeys for products, sales and campaigns.This role can either be based in Koblenz, Germany or Amsterdam, the Netherlands.YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREWBe a part of an ever-evolving high-performing teamAct as a key link between an interdisciplinary team consisting of a variety of internal stakeholders such as Marketing teams, Category Merchandisers, Product teams, SEO managers, Project managers, Designers and a team of Store Managers to implement strategic changes to enhance performanceBuild and implement customer journeys for new product launches, sales, and campaigns, utilizing HTML codeReview and ensure the accuracy and completeness of product details displayed on Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for each launchMaintain website content by fixing bugs, correcting image errors, and updating outdated informationOptimize catalog settings to enhance product discoverability and improve the overall e-commerce experienceHOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACEBachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field and at least 1-2+ years of working experience in digital content in a fast paced and international environmentFluent English (written and spoken); German language skills are considered a plusCoding experience is an advantage (e.g. HTML)Highly detail-oriented and work in an organized mannerYou have a good feel for UX and UI and ideally experience with innovative project management toolsDeep understanding of the different roles, challenges and needs in a Digital teamExperience working within and between agile teamsA strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned projectsYou demonstrate high flexibility and resilience as well as a structured, independent way of working, and you’re also a real team playerYou’re analytical and user-centric with a solution-driven mindset to make the right decisionsYou are motivated to shape the future of E-Commerce with us and enjoy developing digital productsA passion for bikes or experience in the bike industry is considered a plusHIGHLIGHTS ON YOUR CANYON TOURThe Canyon CrewIn our global team, we combine energy and transparency and promote a feedback culture as well as Canyon events, along with inspiring crew rides.
