Your contribution to the energy transitionAs our Electrical Supervisor, you can look forward to the following tasks: Reporting to the Construction Manager and the Construction Team Leader, working with Project Purchasing Logistics, System Design, Specialists, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and the Client to ensure compliant project execution.Defining project/trade purpose and scope, calculating resources, establishing standards, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and staff, evaluating milestones, and managing change orders.Inspecting, supervising, and reporting on construction activities in conformance with drawings, specifications, schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.Managing supplier and subcontractor construction commissioning, implementing KPIs, monitoring performance, raising NCRs, and corrective actions.Ensuring full compliance with QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, and requirements in Italy.Managing trade schedule and payment milestones, documentation, and reports.Supporting logistics with material distribution and incoming goods inspections.Implementing Lock Out Tag Out Procedures.Executing and supervising testing and commissioning activities on SCADA and Instrumentation equipment according to protocols. Your energy is requiredWe value candidates with:An Electrical Engineering background.At least 5 years of construction supervision experience in electrical infrastructure projects, including 2 years in utility-scale solar PV plants.Experience with Italian EPC Solar Projects.Versatility to support Mechanical and Civil disciplines.Experience managing small-scale EPC solar projects (10MW or less).Good communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.A proven record of completing projects safely, on time, and to quality standards.Experience managing subcontractors effectively.Familiarity with construction management tools and MS Office.Knowledge of construction, labor, environmental, and safety legislation.
