Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing firmware for embedded devices, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. You will collaborate with the hardware team to implement innovative solutions and solve complex technical problems.You will be responsible for:Designing, developing, testing, and debugging embedded systems;Analyzing, designing, programming, and modifying firmware using high-level languages (C, C++);Contributing to and maintaining design and user documentation;Defining system architecture and specifications;Estimating tasks and continuously improving methodologies;The person we are looking for has:Approximately 10 years of experience in firmware development and PCB design;An academic background in Electronic Engineering or similar;Experience with hardware and basic electrical engineering (schematic design, PCB layout, test equipment, etc.);Programming skills in C/C++;Expertise in writing highly portable and platform agnostic code;Knowledge of Firmware design and development of micro-controller-based products (STM-based);Proficiency in circuit specification and Altium Design;Experience with low-level interfaces such as I2C, SPI, CAN, RS232;Ability to design testable embedded systems, including edge cases;Familiarity with source control systems tools and best practices (Git, etc.);Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken);You’ll be a good fit if you:Are precise and have a focus on details;Are able to adapt to fast-paced environments and make responsible decisions, even when not all details are available;Demonstrate energy and passion for technology;Are a quick and continuous learner;Enjoy working in a team and communicate effectively with team members;Know how to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks accurately;Exhibit strong self-motivation;Perks BenefitsAn innovative, young, and dynamic work environment;Stimulating challenges and growth opportunities;The chance to work with a passionate team;Performance-based bonus;Company canteen;€20 per month for coffee and snacks;Health insurance;Company welfare program;Team building activities every season;Job OfferThe starting salary will be commensurate not only with your technical experience but also with your soft skills and professional growth journey;We want to leave a mark in the future and we know, in our hearts, that we can do it.
