As Electronics Quality Control Specialist, reporting hierarchically to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible of the following activities: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electronic components, assemblies, and final products to verify they meet specifications and according to IPC standards; Supervise the entire electronic production line to ensure the correct execution of the process and define specific control plans; Identify and track non-conformities, investigating root causes and implementing corrective and effective actions; Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to develop and optimize production processes to enhance product quality; Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to reduce defects, enhance productivity, and lower costs; Monitor quality KPIs and suggest improvements where necessary; Oversee validation activities for new products, ensuring they comply with IPC standards, certifications, and customer requirements. Collaborate with external laboratory for process/material validation and prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality tests, product inspections, and corrective actions; Ensure that products meet international regulatory requirements (e.g. RoHS, REACH). As our ideal candidate, your skillset includes: Electronic Engineering degree or Electronic high school diploma with an experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in electronic manufacturing companies; Experience with quality management toolkit like daily production meetings, quality reporting, problem solving, 5S, fishbone diagram; Ability to analyse test data and identify defects or trends; Experience with automation tools for testing and quality control; Strong attention to detail in testing, inspecting, and reviewing product quality; In-depth knowledge of electronics, circuits, components, and systems; Ability to clearly document findings, create reports, and communicate with different teams within the organization; Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
