We are constantl challenging the status quo pushing innovation forward. About the role: You will be the focal point and EMEA Marketing expert for all for the entry and premium PC portfolio. You will work closely with internal cross functional departments, external alliance partners agencies, partnering with all EMEA countries. You will drive EMEA Strategic direction and end to end leadership of the PC portfolio (Yoga/ IdeaPad). You will drive End to End Marketing Campaign planning, execution & performance (ROI) tracking, working closely with the Media COE, 4P, PR, E-Commerce and Marketing Ops teams. You will monitor EMEA brand health across Brand Tracker and Real Time Brand Tracker metrics, analyising insights and working with countries to turn insights into action plans, across all EMEA countries You will work with closely with Marketing Ops managing EMEA budgets ensuring effective planning & utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims. You will manage relationships with all external EMEA alliance partners, as well as WW Marketing Teams, ensuring EMEA priorities are reflected in global strategies and localizing all content for EMEA countries. You will also lead regular interlocks with EMEA Country Marketing teams, ensuring execution is line with EMEA strategy and summarising all key country activity to create an EMEA activity calendar. You will pushing back on activity which is not inline with strategic direction and work with countries to optimise activities as well as share best practice between countries to maximise efficiencies and avoid duplication of efforts. You will also work very closely PR, managing our EMEA seeding unit programs. As well as localizing, translating and adapting WW content for EMEA requirements, including content adaptation for SATL campaigns with EMEA countries.
