WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CNH Industrial is currently looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the EMEA communication team. They will report to the Head of EMEA Communications and manage the entire Internal Communication flow.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and implement employee communication initiatives. Develop EMEA President strategic internal communications messages alongside those of regional spokespeople, newsletters to employees and manage the Intranet. You will also be responsible for other internal projects and events from definition through to execution.
 
Be responsible for the effective and timely production and sharing of all internal communications such as: new Company initiatives, events, brand events and initiatives, partnerships, newsletters, onboarding programs;
Support in defining and implementing efficient and effective Internal Communication strategies and processes within the EMEA Region in coordination with the global team.
Support the implementation of efficient Internal Communication procedures in line with the Company vision and mission, and assess their impact and effectiveness among employees;
Develop internal campaigns to support the development of the corporate pillars: innovation, sustainability, diversity and inclusion and others.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 5 years of experience in international /multinational companies.
bachelor’s degree in Communication or similar;
strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Italian, knowledge of other languages is a plus;
experience in writing creative copy and engaging content;
very good knowledge of excel and PPT;
ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally;
highly organized, multi-tasker, and positive communicator, with strong interpersonal skills;
great flexibility and open-mindedness in a dynamic and multicultural environment;
an intuitive approach to daily working practices and ability to demonstrate initiative and work to tight and changing deadlines.
