Energy Team is the leading Italian operator in the monitoring, control and management of energy consumption. For almost 30 years it has been offering integrated solutions and services for the energy efficiency of large, medium and small Italian companies.

Since 2018 it has been part of a large Group, Nadara, a pure international player in the field of renewables.

We are looking for a trainee who will work in the Energy Efficiency Consulting & Demand Response Area, directly supporting the Energy Managers of client companies in energy management.

The Trainee will have the opportunity to work with companies operating in different industrial contexts which are typically large energy consumers (energy-intensive and/or gas-intensive).

Main Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Energy Diagnoses in accordance with UNI EN 16247 standards to comply with the legislative obligation set out in Legislative Decree 102/2014.
• Drafting energy monitoring plans related to Energy Diagnoses.
• Supporting in the analysis of technical and economic benefits to build a business plan that the Company can use to choose whether or not to implement the suggested technology.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or experience in Engineering or similar.
• Good knowledge of Office Package especially Excel.
• Interest in renewable energy.
• Good knowledge of IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
