What you will do

As a Junior Washing Performance Engineer intern in Washing R&D, you will be the focal point of all topics related to tumble dryer thermodynamic, hydraulic design, cycle development. Product testing and validation. You should have the ability to apply engineering principles and understand the physics of complex systems affecting tumble dryers dynamics, functioning and performance. In this role you also need the ability to trouble shoot and resolve system level issues. You need critical thinking and effective use of engineering tools like simulation-based design and six sigma tools.

In this role you will:

• be an important support for the definition of testing aiming to verify and validate new product developments
• apply your knowledge in cross functional areas, including thermodynamics, hydraulics, dynamics and cycle development
• Prepare technical specifications during product development.

What you need to succeed

• Neo graduate in Energy Engineering or similar fields
• Thermodynamic background and heat and mass transfer knowledge
• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
• Good knowledge of MATLAB

We offer an initial 6 months paid internship

800 euro, company computer, free company canteen, smart working.
