We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager with Defence experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Our company is focussed on providing the Defence industry with the niche skills required to enable our armed forces to be mission ready through the provision of Technical Services, Documentation, Compliance, Engineering and Project Management.

You have the flexibility to work remotely however will need to be flexible to travel where the activities may be. This may be with clients or at our offices.

Experience

• Degree (or equivalent) qualified in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering) Or equivalent industrial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Breadth of knowledge in two or more of the following:
o Requirements Management.
o Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Management
o Technical Through Life Support (TTLS).
o Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) Management
o Validation & Verification (V&V).
o CADMID or V Cycle.
• Must have a good depth of UK MOD products from Land, Air, Sea (above or below water).
• Preferably from the Military with Civil Service knowledge.

General

• Must already hold Security Clearance as a minimum.
