pWe are looking for an Equipment Facilities Manager to take technical and operational ownership of a startup cleanroom fab developing new photonic process concepts. This role is ideal for a highly hands-on leader who enjoys building things from the ground up—setting up tools, defining ways of working, and keeping a small, fast-moving fab running safely and reliably as processes evolve. /ppbr/ppWhat will you be doing? /pp• Act as the technical owner for cleanroom equipment and facilities in an RD-scale fab /pp• Work hands-on with tools, including setup, troubleshooting, recovery, and day-to-day operation /pp• Lead and support a small team of technicians and engineers, including training and knowledge transfer /pp• Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, modification, and relocation /pp• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance strategies suited to a startup environment /pp• Own EHS compliance, equipment certification, and safe operating procedures /pp• Perform risk assessments and support FMEA for new equipment processes /pp• Manage spare parts, consumables, suppliers, and external service providers /pp• Build maintain documentation: maintenance records, SOPs, and equipment histories /pp• Support planning, scheduling, uptime targets, and continuous improvement /ppbr/ppWhat we need to see? /pp• Degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience /pp• Proven experience in a semiconductor, photonics, or cleanroom manufacturing environment /pp• Working knowledge of CMOS process flow and fab operations /pp• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset /pp• Experience coordinating teams, suppliers, and external service providers /pp• Familiarity with risk analysis and FMEA methodologies /pp• Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills /pp• Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and vendor-facing interfaces /pp• Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English /ppbr/ppPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details. /p
