In order to implement our HSE & ESG department we are looking for an ESG Specialist. Reporting to HSE & ESG Manager, the profile cooperates in implementing Art Cosmetics’ ESG strategy. Main Tasks: Ensure compliance with ESG regulations (in particular CSRD) and consistency of related reporting Deploy the CSRD roadmap for ESG data working cross functionally: planning, definition of procedures, data collection and aggregation, reporting review Regularly measure of the Carbon Footprint (GHG Protocol) Develop LCA initiatives. Support the decarbonization strategies and monitor the implementation of action plans in the different departments Support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI) Support HSE & ESG team in implementing and maintaining HSE & ESG Management Systems Bachelor Degree as a minimum Minimum 1 year of experience on ESG-related activities Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel) Advanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reporting Good knowledge of LCA analysis Passionate and curious about ESG Team working attitude and strong communication skills Good organizational skills in autonomy, proactivity In line with d.lgs 198/2006 we respect diversity and inclusion in applications.
