ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events & Congress Specialist to join our Marketing Communication & Events Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Congress Manager with the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and congresses. The ideal candidate will have strong event planning expertise, a solid understanding of corporate branding and communication, and the ability to manage projects while ensuring cost control and analysis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Congress Manager in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and congresses. Assist in logistics coordination, vendor management, and event timelines, ensuring efficient organization and attending events on-site to oversee the smooth execution of activities.
• Contribute to the alignment of events with the company’s corporate image and branding guidelines. Work closely within the team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all event-related channels.
• Assist with the development and implementation of detailed project plans for each event, focusing on objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Support the Congress Manager in monitoring progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Support post-event analysis with a focus on cost control and effectiveness. Provide detailed reports on event performance, costs, and areas for improvement, offering actionable insights to optimize future events.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To successfully carry out the required activities, we are seeking candidates with:

• High school Diploma or Degree in Foreign Languages, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in an additional language will be considered a plus.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in international corporate events.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Willingness to travel potentially as required for events.
