Working closely with our expert Search Partners Principals (Consultants), and connecting with team members across all levels of the Search team, Analysts receive world class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-style method. Our Analysts are exposed to all aspects of the recruitment process and assist the Consultant by researching specific industries and relevant companies, plus support business development activities. Analysts support the team through candidate identification, preparing client reports and ensuring all data is accurately captured in HS systems. An integral part of an Analyst’s role is building and sustaining relationships with internal Consultants, performing deep candidate, client and industry research and contributing to executive assessments against client’s requirements. /ppbr/ppWhile learning the Search industry, Analysts invest significant time researching and learning about various industries, executive roles and functions, and do so in collaboration with colleagues across the globe. The Analyst role has significant responsibility in the executive search process and the opportunity for high impact.
