Are you passionate about wine and driven to keep on expanding the Brand further across global markets? The Export Manager will play a key role in expanding the brand's presence in international markets, driving growth and enhancing the wines portfolio, bulding long-term relationships in strategic markets. They will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, managing relationships with distributors, and increasing brand awareness to boost global sales.What you will do:Define commercial policies for each country in line with the company's strategic initiatives.Develop annual brand plans for each importer and key marketEnhance the presence of ES wines in existing importers’ portfolios and open new accounts in new markets to increase international salesSupport brand-building activities and act as a brand ambassador in export markets to raise brand awarenessMonitor export performance across countries/distributors, ensuring targets are metAnalyze competitors’ sales data and market performance to optimize pricing strategy and portfolio improvementsPlan and manage international travel for meetings, wine tastings, wine fairs, and specialized industry eventsDefine and implement PR, advertising, and marketing policies together with the team leaderSupervise back-office activities for export salesManage and allocate yearly budgets for OCM funds in all Extra-EU countries, ensuring proper reporting and budget monitoringCollaborate with the Account Manager for financial reportingWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Languages, or related fields5+ years of export sales experience in the wine industryDeep wine knowledgeExcellent communication skillsWillingness to travel internationalFluent in EnglishNegotiation skillsKnowledge of software ‘Enologia’ preferredStrong network and well-established relationships with distributors and key customers in target marketsAbout Our GroupEnrico Serafino is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
