Job Description
To provide technical and product support, knowledge and advice for technical service, sales, customers, partner divisions, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and dealer personnel within assigned systems and/or regions. To resolve complex technical problems which require the use of nonstandard service techniques. To provide account management for a major territory, division or customer of significant impact or complexity.
