Pontica Solutions is an award-winning BPO company that offers great opportunities for young professionals in the field of customer success, people management, project management, marketing, and IT. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our Facility department.

YOUR ROLE:

Manage facilities of all sites.

Source and oversee contracts and service providers for cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

Supervise the office coordination team.

Manage renovations and refurbishments.

Conduct office space plannings, analysis on scaling needs and help with relocation to new offices.

Deal with emergencies as they arise.

Collaborate with all Admin teams to ensure that facilities meet all standards and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

At least 2 years of experience in facility management (preferably in the BPO sector).

Experience in office space planning. Experience with workforce management tools will be an advantage.

Sense of ownership and its impact on the company’s success.

Negotiator and team player with an organized and independent way of working.

Ability to handle a complex workload.
