Who we are looking for:
As a Field Engineering Specialist, you will lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist in project planning, and perform field tests to ensure system efficiency. Collaborating with the engineering team, you'll drive process improvements and innovations.
Few examples of responsibilities:
Conduct on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions
Assist in project planning, including equipment selection, resource allocation, and timelines
Collect data and perform field tests to evaluate the performance and efficiency of our systems
Generate detailed reports and documentation of field activities and findings
Work alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations
Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as needed
Internal assembly of our technology
Creation of procedures and technical manuals for machine assembly
Ideal Background:
Diploma or ITS in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field. A specialization in Additive Manufacturing is considered a plus
1-4 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems; experience with Large Format systems will be considered a plus
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
Ability to work in team
Strong problem-solving skills
High proficiency in English or Italian (C1); the other language needs to be intermediate (B2)
Other requirements:
Willingness to travel to client sites in Italy and abroad.
A valid driver's license.
