This challenging role involves providing installation & commissioning services, maintenance, retrofits, and training of our machines at customer locations. Due to our diverse customer base, frequent travel is required. You will solve technical problems independently and represent Premier Tech!

Your future position in a few words

1. Carry out preventive maintenance work on the equipment
2. Diagnose and solve customer problems
3. Ensure follow-up of the service to be performed on the equipment
4. Install new parts of equipment to optimize existing machines
5. Occasionally participate in the installation of automated equipment with engineering teams and international customer services in America and Asia
6. Perform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment
7. Provide technical service of automated equipment to customers
8. Recommend customer maintenance plans, parts, or other adjustments
9. Train customers to use their equipment

Our ideal candidate would have…

• Technical training in the field of industrial automation
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial packaging industry
• Electro-technical skills (ability to solve mechanical issues when necessary)
• A customer and service-oriented mindset with the ability to spot commercial opportunities
• A passion for traveling – willing to travel extensively (+70%)
• Possession of a driving license B and residence near Parma, Italy
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate to advanced skills in English
