Are you looking for a job as Field Service Engineer at a leading global industrial packaging company, driven by innovation and customer satisfaction?

This challenging role involves providing Installation & Commissioning services, maintenance, retrofits, and training on our machines at customer locations. Due to our varied customer base, frequent travel is required. You will solve technical problems independently and represent Premier Tech!

Your future position in a few words

1. Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment
2. Diagnose and resolve customer issues
3. Follow up on service tasks for equipment
4. Install new parts to optimize machines
5. Occasionally assist in the installation of automated equipment with engineering teams and international customer service in America and Asia
6. Perform tests to verify equipment functionality
7. Provide technical service to customers
8. Recommend maintenance plans, parts, or adjustments
9. Train customers on equipment use

Our ideal candidate would have…

• Technical training in industrial automation
• At least 5 years of experience in the industrial packaging industry
• Electro-technical skills (including mechanical troubleshooting)
• A customer-focused, service-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
• A passion for travel – willingness to travel extensively (+70%)
• Driving license B and residence near Parma, Italy
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate to advanced English skills
