Your Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, ensuring technical excellence, and building strong client relationships. Here’s what you’ll do:The role involves taking responsibility for all necessary resources and logistics required to carry out service and maintenance activities at customers' sites. These activities involve the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products. This includes various types of maintenance services (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, and field services engineering. The Field Service Engineer will also contribute to the development of an operational year plan for their department's activities and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.As a Field Service Engineer in Italy, your responsibilities will include:• Providing service for a range of measurement and sensing instrumentation• Operating, installing, and maintaining product lines in accordance with company guidelines• Overseeing equipment installations, conducting commissioning, maintenance, repair, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, and verification• Preplanning jobs, including logistics, tooling, Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) considerations, and technical work scopes• Completing all post-job and administrative tasks, such as customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking• Utilizing company e-tools to access and upload technical documents, manage packing lists, bill of materials, drawings, and previous job reports• Acting as a liaison between different departments within the company and customers, addressing technical, operational, and EHS challenges as they arise during assignments.What We Offer: CCNL MetalmeccanicoFull Remote BenefitsFull-time position: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday).Opportunity for business travel.
