Join the Central Finance Department of the Yokohama TWS Group, reporting directly to the Finance Control Director. This role combines financial reporting and business controlling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial consolidation and reporting: Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, and consolidation activities of the YTWS Group. Implement execute consistency checks for subsidiaries at a consolidated level, interacting with country finance directors. Produce periodic financial reports to internal stakeholders of YTWS and Yokohama Group. Manage with other team members the administration of YTWS reporting and consolidation tool SAP BPC. Optimization of the financial processes and tools to achieve efficiency, as well as complying with internal control policies. Business Controlling: Responsible for the controlling, budgeting, and forecasting of the OPEX and CAPEX of Yokohama TWS Headquarters’ functions. Business partnering with the head of HQ Functions to drive cost controlling and anticipate potential budget issues. Developing and keeping good relationships with internal stakeholders to build trust and facilitate transparent communication. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports. Support the Central Finance Team in the development of the consolidated forecast, budget, and multiyear financial plan for YTWS Group. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in accounting or business administration. At least 6 years of experience as a controller ideally matured within an international group. Basic knowledge of IFRS concepts preferred. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions and pivot tables to be tested during the selection process. Fluency in spoken and written English. Team player. Analytical skills and organized, structured approach. Self-starter with ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment or independently.
