Finance Project Manager (m/f/d)

Core activities

We are continuously working towards future-oriented changes. Our Finance Department is redefining its organization, and you will be part of the project team responsible for shaping it into a high-performance unit. Your main tasks will include:

  1. Mapping and documenting group-wide financial processes and workflows
  2. Designing, harmonizing, and continuously improving financial processes and projects across all our global subsidiaries, BUs, and branches
  3. Supporting the digital transformation of financial operations
  4. Developing and optimizing cross-functional processes and assisting finance teams in their effective use and integration
  5. Overseeing strategic projects in direct collaboration with top management
  6. Fostering collaboration and understanding during transition periods
  7. Monitoring development milestones and establishing timelines

Required profile

Our financial team at GRUBER Logistics thrives on reliable, autonomous employees who prioritize teamwork. If you possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, the role of Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) may be suitable for you. The following qualifications complete your profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, focusing on finance, accounting, controlling, or information systems
  • Extensive experience in finance, preferably in a highly digitized or system-based environment
  • Skills in process management and familiarity with digitization initiatives and business intelligence in an international context
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A hands-on approach from strategic planning to execution
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or Italian is desirable but not essential
