Our operations in Italy are continuing to expand, and to ensure the efficiency and quality of our fleet operations, we’re now looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to join our team in Naples. This role allows you to have a direct impact on our fleet readiness and be a part of building a company that will fundamentally change the way people live in European cities for decades to come. Are you ready for a VOIage?YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs the Team Lead, you will be providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries.You will divide your time between managerial duties—such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team—and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists.Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage.Health Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance.Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies.Warehouse and Team Support: Support when required with the repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed.3PL Coordination: Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed procedures.Van Management: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and removal of tracking devices, but not budget or planning.WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARKWe are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as a part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals.
