If you’re looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliFulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times : handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs /liliCreate memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards /liliCoordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service /liliAnticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints /liliCross sell hotel services and venues /liliHandle reservation inquiries and relative requests /liliConsistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management’ goals ensuring all guest’ satisfaction /li /ulh3Requirements / What You Bring /h3ulliExcellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers / colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience. /liliDetail and guest care oriented /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliPossess a courteous and professional telephone manner /liliAt least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels /liliPreferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards /liliPreferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required /li /ulh3Benefits / What We Offer /h3ulliSeasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
