Requirements: • Previous experience of at least two years in the same role • Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus • Knowledge of the Opera system • Team working ability • Love for the city of Florence • Availability to shift work, nights included It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
