If you're looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. /p pReports to Front Office Manager /p h3Main duties responsibilities: /h3 ul liFulfil Front Office operations, according to the company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times; /li liResponsible for cash accounting (payment of guest bills) /li liAssist hotel guests with itineraries and or recommendations for dining and activities /li liCommunicate all relevant guest and group activity to proper internal parties /li liHandle reservation inquiries and relative requests, communication (Concierge emails, phone, chat) /li liAnticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints /li liResponsible for night shifts during Night Auditor day off: He / She will cover night shift twice a week /li liComplete Night Shift checklist: /li liEnsures that all relevant communications will be processed correctly /li liEnsures that all Guest details are correctly collected /li liRun End of Day process and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks /li liRun daily reports /li liRun monthly reports /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What You Bring: /h3 ul liExcellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers/ colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience. /li liDetail and guest care oriented /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liPossess a courteous and professional telephone manner /li liAt least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels /li liPreferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards /li liPreferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liSeasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
