We are hiring a Fullstack Developer for the European Commission in Ispra, Italy and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities Minimum of 4 years of technical expertise in the design and development of multi-tier Java-based web applications.
In addition to the knowledge and skills implied by the profile, he/she will have an in-depth working knowledge of designing, planning and implementing integration strategies and patterns in a JEE/HTTP secured ecosystem.
Excellent knowledge of HTTP and API design, Excellent knowledge of JEE and REST or SOAP APIs.
The candidate will need to have working experience in JEE and micro-service architectures.
Working experience on data modelling and physical database design will be an advantage.
The service will be provided onsite at the premises of the JRC - Ispra with the possibility to telework up to 60% of the weekly working time.
Certifications obtained relevant to the position can be considered as a preferential factor and can be taken into account in the calculation of the scorecard.
