The Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from the start in September 2025 at our site in Tetra Pak Closures, Italy. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Sezzadio (AL), Italy but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do

As our new Future Talent - Production Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Production and operations activities - process and operations
Learning about the process
Build daily prioritization based on production needs and current situation
Be responsible for the operation of production lines with standard KPIs
Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take prompt action to solve problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production floor
Include and implement WCM Activities in the process and lead continuous improvement teams
Support pillars in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
Encourage WCM activities (mainly AM) in their day-to-day teams
Support pillars in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution

We believe you have

You have a Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or other technical Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)
Willingness to work in factories environment
Fluency in English and Italian are critical (read, write and speak)
WCM (World Class Manufacturing) knowledge is an added advantage
You have good communication skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
We expect you to be open-minded and a team player, able to create good relationships and support colleagues to achieve personal and team goals
You have good drive skills and can take initiatives managing tasks and activities independently
You are an analytical problem solver, and you have clear communication skills
