General Manager for our subsidiary in Italy (m/f/x)

Department: Vertrieb - Market Desk

Responsibilities:

1. Responsibility for the sales & service activities of our subsidiary in Italy
2. Target and results-oriented management of the subsidiary, including the implementation of business measures and objectives, as well as budget and result responsibility in sales & service
3. Development and implementation of innovative and success-oriented sales strategies
4. Strengthening the sales team and sales activities with a clear growth strategy in Italy
5. Acquisition of new customers and new markets
6. Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in our subsidiary, as well as their promotion and development
7. Close leadership of the sales team, including joint customer meetings and leading final negotiations
8. Support and implementation of orders and projects

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completed degree in mechanical engineering or economical degree with good technical knowledge
2. Several years of work experience in the sales of machining centers
3. Business management knowledge as well as knowledge of sales contract law
4. Experience in leading employees
5. Independent and responsible working style as well as organizational skills
6. Leadership and communication skills, assertiveness
7. Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
8. Ability to work independently, reliability
9. Residence: Italy
10. Willingness to travel
11. Fluent Italian and English language skills, both spoken and written
